Le Maitre Hosting Pyrotechnics Safety Awareness Course

Thursday 07 December 2017

Le Maitre will be hosting a one-day Pyrotechnics Safety Awareness Course on Monday 14th May 2018. Being held at New Wimbledon Theatre in London, this is a practical training course in stage pyrotechnics, taught by Lincoln Parkhouse, a well-known and leading industry practitioner.

All attendees will receive a Certificate of Training at the end of the course and will qualify for membership of the Association of Stage Pyrotechnicians.

A typical course provides an overview of different pyrotechnic devices, their uses and the relevant health and safety information. During the course there are a number of live device demonstrations as well as lessons in series wiring, risk assessment and flame proofing.
