.jpg) Le Maitre were called in to make sure that the 20th birthday gala performance of Les Miserables went with a bang. The show took place at the Queens Theatre in the West End on the 8th October.
Le Maitre's technicians installed 12 x Electric Air Cannons containing red, white and blue streamers, 6 x turbo confetti blowers, 32 x Non Frag Microdets and 2 x Chinese Confetti Airbursts.
The effects were all fired in a spectacular finale over the stage and into the audience at the end of the show, as Cameron Mackintosh and the team responsible for the show came onto the stage to cut the cake.
